Once sent your request will be immediately dealt with and our customer-care service will show you how to confirm it.

You'll receive our instructions so that you can follow the status of the booking through the reserved area and your e-mail address until its definitive confirmation.

The deposit will not be refunded if you cancel the reservation 15 days before the date of arrival.
If your accommodation is not occupied on the day when the reservation begins, it will be made available only for one more day after the date of your reservation.
The balance of the total cost of your stay must be paid within one day after arriving at the campsite.
Upon receipt of the key of the accommodation, guests must pay a deposit of € 100 which will be refunded on the day of departure.

The booking service is reserved to registered users and is only for the accommodation (Camera, Bungalows, Caravan and Villini).
