Terms of booking for all accommodation
Bookings are accepted by telephone, mail, fax, online or e-mail. A deposit of 30% (20%% if you book online) of the total due for your stay should be paid within 3 days. In making your reservation guests should clearly state your name, surname, address, telephone number, type of accommodation required as indicated above, number of people, date of arrival and departure (last night of your stay).
Within 1 day, you should send a copy of your deposit payment by fax.
Bookings are valid only on receipt of confirmation by the reservation-team.

The deposit will not be refunded if you cancel the reservation 15 days before the date of arrival. If your accommodation is not occupied on the day when the reservation begins, it will be made available for one more day after the date of your reservation.

Upon receipt of the key of the accommodation, guests must pay a deposit of € 100 which will be refunded on the day of departure. The balance of the total cost of your stay must be paid within one day after arriving at the campsite.
