Terms of booking for Mini-Villas, Bungalows, Mobile home and Bedrooms
Bookings are accepted by telephone, post, fax, e-mail or online via our website.
Once you have received confirmation of availability from the reservation team, a deposit of 30% (20%% if you book online)of the total amount due for your stay must be paid within 3 days. You should clearly state your name, surname, address, telephone number, type of accommodation required, number of people, number of nights and the dates of arrival and departure. Within 1 day, you should send a copy of your deposit payment by fax.
Bookings are valid only upon receipt of confirmation by the reservation team.

The deposit will not be refunded if you cancel the reservation less than 30 days before the date of arrival. In cases in which guests cancel a reservation with the necessary prior notice, the original amount paid for the deposit will be reimbursed, less bank fees. We do not offer discounts or reimbursements on the remainder of the reservation for guests who must depart prior to the end of their booking, regardless of the reason for early departure. In the case of late arrivals without any prior notice, the accommodation will be available for only one day after the arrival date on your reservation. Accommodation will be available by 5pm at the latest. Upon receipt of the key for the accommodation, guests must pay a deposit of € 100 per accommodation unit, or € 200 for the Mobile home, which will be refunded on the day of departure. The balance of the total cost of your stay must be paid within one day after arriving at the campsite.
We do not accept personal checks. Cashier's checks are accepted
